Bella Rose Mansion in New Orleans, Louisiana, extends a warm welcome to all visitors. Due to its historic nature, the property is not wheelchair accessible. We have outlined both the accessible features and potential barriers of the property below to ensure all guests can have an enjoyable time.

Guest Entrance and Parking

Step-free entrance from the street for guests. Four out of five units require stair access for entry. There is no elevator on the property. One villa, Anne Rice, is accessible via an ADA-compliant ramp.

Dining Area

The dining area is wheelchair accessible.

Bathrooms

All units feature narrow bathrooms due to the historic nature of the property. No unit has a bathroom that is wheelchair accessible or ADA-compliant.

We work to ensure that every guest can visit regardless of their physical abilities. Among the ways we comply with ADA:

• We ensure that individuals with disabilities can make reservations during the same hours and in the same manner as individuals without disabilities.
• We have identified and described the features of our property and villas in detail to allow individuals with disabilities to determine whether our property meets their needs.
• We guarantee that the specific villas, once reserved, are held for the reserving customer. We make reasonable efforts with third-party reservation systems to make all villas available through at least some of these services and they must provide these third-party services with information concerning the features of the property and villas.
• Guests with legitimate service animals as defined in the ADA will be provided access to all areas of the inn afforded to those without service animals.
