Checking In and Out

• Check-in after 4:00 PM
• Check-out before 11:00 AM
• Self check-in with lockbox
• Normal check-in time is 4:00 PM on the arrival date. For check-ins from 1:00 PM – 4:00 PM, it’s an additional $50 to have an extra cleaner assist with servicing the property. Check-ins before 1:00 PM would require booking the previous night at a discounted rate. Contact us for details.

During Your Stay

• See individual unit listing for room capacity
• No pets
• No parties or events, unless you rent the whole house
• No smoking
• Pack-n-play/highchairs available if reserved prior to arrival
• Street parking is available but cannot be guaranteed. When utilizing street parking please make sure to adhere to city and state laws.
• Saturday Brunch is included in your stay, and may be enjoyed in our elegant dining room, on our patio, or on your balcony. If an event is scheduled during your stay, it will be served in your Villa.

Additional Rules

• We are legally limited to the posted maximum occupancy by local law. For all guests over the maximum limit there will be a $100 per person per night fine. Parties of any kind are illegal per local law. Any guest holding a party will be fined $1,500 for non-compliance with local laws. Exterior cameras with active recording are present at the property to verify these laws are not broken.
• The booking guest must send a copy of a government issued ID upon booking.
• Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please remain cognizant and respectful of our neighbors.
• While early check-in / late check-out are usually available for a small extra fee (used to cover the cost of an additional cleaner) this must be arranged in advance. Unauthorized Late check-outs are a $100 charge for each hour after 11am. If the space is still occupied after this time without a prearranged late check-out, our team will need to enter the property to assist with removing your belongings. If you are not at the property, our team will gather your items and store them at our office and there will be a $200 fee to retrieve them.
• Smoking in the unit will result in a $500 fee to remove the smoke odor from the unit and all upholstery. If the space is left excessively dirty $100 will be charged for each additional hour of cleaning required. Removal of bodily fluids including feces will result in a charge of $250. Glitter cleanup will result in a charge of $500. Do not hang or attach anything to the walls with push pins, tape, etc. or other painted surfaces. Please use our black makeup towels to remove makeup to avoid damaging white linens/towels.
• Guests are provided 2 keys. 1 key should be left in the lockbox at all times in case your group gets separated, loses a key, or you lock yourself out. Lost/missing keys will result in a charge of $150 to re-key the locks – we cannot accept mailed back keys as we must rekey the locks before the next guest for security purposes. One key in the lockbox is attached to a keychain. There will be a $25 charge if the keychain is missing.
• Unfortunately, we cannot accept bookings from “Locals” at this time. Locals is meant to include anyone residing within 60 miles of New Orleans.
• Please do not ship packages to yourself as we are not able to receive them at the unit and therefore cannot be responsible for them. We will not be responsible for them in the event they get lost, and will not be responsible for returning them if they are found after your departure.
• For any items left behind, there will be a $25 fee plus the cost of shipping to have it shipped back to you.
• Pack n’ Plays and high chairs are available upon request. There is limited availability. Please inquire via message if you would like to reserve one.
• There is a $500 minimum fee for commercial photography and filming on the property. Certificates of Insurance for all vendors must also be submitted.

Before You Leave

• Please ensure the unit is securely locked when you leave.

Cancellation Policy

• The booking shall be subject to a strict cancellation policy defined as follows. For non-holiday/special event bookings, guests may cancel 60 days or more before their check-in for a refund of the cleaning fee charge and a 50% refund of the nightly rate.
• For special event/holiday bookings (including but NOT limited to Mardi Gras, Jazz Fest, Essence Fest, New Year, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.), in which case bookings are non-refundable 48 hours after booking, BUT only if the booking is made 30 days before the check-in date. If the booking is made within 30 days of arrival, it is non-refundable.
• If guests do not make use of the property, cleaning fees are always refundable after a property inspection can be performed to confirm the property was not used.
